Honda observes Miharu engaging in a friendly conversation with classmate Nasa Sanagi at a hospital waiting room. Motivated by loyalty to his best friend Mishima, Honda resolves to uncover Sanagi's true identity and his relationship with Miharu. Simultaneously, Mishima becomes involved in a dispute between the track and field team members. He is subsequently summoned to the student council room. There, he stands before third-year student council president Mikado Nakajima and his friend Masamnue Sakurakouji. Second-year student Natsu Asumi is also present during this tense encounter. The situation places Mishima under direct scrutiny from the council leadership as Honda pursues his own investigation into the growing mystery surrounding Miharu's interactions with Sanagi.
