Ep. 11: Hikari manipulates Takeru with memories before deciding to destroy the world

Hikari tells Takeru he is identical to the monsters attacking her and forces him to recall painful memories of his mother abandoning him. This psychological attack causes Takeru to lose control, which seems to be Hikari's intention. She then declares her plan to destroy the world. Akari reacts with shock and vows to prevent this catastrophe. Consequently, Hikari and Takeru face a destined confrontation. However, despite the gravity of the situation, neither combatant actually intends to kill the other during this clash.
