Following a string of android suicides, Section 9 launches an investigation into the responsible manufacturer. Section Head Daisuke Aramaki confronts the plant manager to gather information. Simultaneously, Kusanagi and a Tachikoma conduct a covert operation to hack into the facility's database. This dual approach allows the team to uncover details about the androids while Aramaki applies pressure on the company leadership.
