Motoko harbors a secret fear of turtles, which complicates matters when Naru's pet Tama-chan gets mixed up with the laundry. Desperate for a replacement outfit, Motoko asks various residents, including Keitaro, for clothing. However, she discovers that without her own attire, she cannot summon her ki and loses her swordsmanship skills. This vulnerability becomes critical when Su's robotic Tama-chan crashes toward Hinata House. The residents find themselves in immediate danger and urgently require a skilled swordswoman to handle the threat, leaving Motoko unable to protect them due to her lack of proper clothes and resulting loss of power.
