Lupin III: $1 Money Wars

Lupin steals a ring at a New York auction, prompting pursuit from Zenigata and Nabikov, a former KGB enforcer. Nabikov works for Cynthia, head of the Bank of the World, who recognizes the ring as a key to a powerful brooch. The brooch is believed to have granted its wearers abilities that helped them shape history. Cynthia plans to use it to start a global conflict. Lupin and his allies must locate the brooch before she does.
