A painting titled The First Supper conceals the location of an heirloom given to Christ by the Virgin Mary two thousand years ago. This artwork has remained within the Judah clan for generations. Nova, a descendant, knows the painting is hidden at Demon Rock. She provides Zenigata with X-ray eyedrops invented by Professor Nestle. Her goal is for him to locate the painting and capture Lupin at the fortress. The narrative focuses on this specific pursuit and the use of the specialized drops to uncover the secret.
