Ep. 21: Goemon Returns to Japan to Find His Master Dying and a Stolen Scroll

After returning to Japan, Goemon discovers his master is near death. His fellow disciple, Jinkuro, has stolen half of the scroll containing the Secret Arts of the Iga Ninja. Aware that he cannot defeat Goemon in a direct confrontation, Jinkuro intentionally gets arrested. This strategy places him in prison, effectively keeping him out of Goemon’s reach. The narrative focuses on whether Goemon can overcome this obstacle to avenge his master’s death and recover the stolen artifact.
