Ep. 24: The group decides whether to restore Kazuki as human or keep him as a ghost.

Yuna, Kuriko, Rin, Yamase, and Dr. Haruaki Akai identify the individuals responsible for Kazuki's remaining ashes. They face a critical decision: returning the ashes to restore Kazuki as a human, which would erase his memories, or extracting them to leave him as a ghost retaining his past. Yuna supports returning the ashes, but Yamase opposes this choice. Consequently, Yamase flees, prompting Yuna, Kuriko, and Rin to pursue her in an effort to persuade her to surrender Kazuki's ashes. After a chase, Yamase is convinced to return the remains. The following day, Kazuki reverts to human form, but multiple versions of him appear simultaneously.
