Macross Plus MOVIE EDITION

In the year 2040, three decades after a major conflict between Earth and the Zentraedi, a covert project called "Supernova" takes place on Eden to evaluate the future of U.N. Spacy's variable fighters. Two prototypes are in competition: Shinsei Industries' YF-19 and General Galaxy's YF-21. Guld Goa Bowman, who is part human and part Zentraedi, pilots the YF-21. Shinsei assigns Isamu Dyson, a former friend of Guld, as their test pilot for the YF-19. Meanwhile, a Virturoid Idol named Sharon Apple is set to perform her first concert on Eden. Myung Fang Lone, Sharon's producer, was also once close to both Isamu and Guld. As the three reunite, unresolved tensions from their past resurface. Their histories, along with the Supernova Project and Sharon's involvement, will intertwine in unexpected ways.
