Ep. 16: Mogamett reveals Magnostadt's origins while Aladdin suspects dark ties to Al-Thamen.

Mogamett explains how magicians overthrew the Musta'sim royalty to establish Magnostadt, gaining student support except from Aladdin and Titus. He later takes Titus to Marga in the 5th district, allowing her to live with him. Aladdin accompanies them and realizes Mogamett no longer views non-magicians as humans, fearing this leads to ruin. Marga is examined, and Mogamett confirms her life can be saved despite her incurable condition, relieving Titus. Meanwhile, Aladdin attends classes with High Magician Irene Smirnoff, who demonstrates Black Rukh experiments, confirming his suspicions about Magnostadt's connection to Al-Thamen. Back home, Sheherazade informs Titus his mission is complete and orders his return. However, Titus refuses, seeking Mogamett's help because, like Marga, he has little time left to live.
