When Sinbad questions Dunya, a vessel fragment inside her reacts, endangering her life. Aladdin uses Solomon's Wisdom to save her, but her condition leaves her with little time to live. After reuniting with Alibaba and Morgiana, Aladdin announces his intention to embark on a new journey alone.

Several days later, as the ship approaches the port in Actia, it is suddenly surrounded by pirates.

Hakuryuu utilizes a magic-infused seed hidden in the loot to track the pirates. Madaura is captured by Actian forces, but locals attack her until Hakuryuu decapitates her to prevent further depravity among the children under her spell. Alibaba learns Hakuryuu seeks revenge on his mother for conspiring with Al-Thamen to usurp the Kou Empire throne. While Aladdin worries about the children, Alibaba takes custody of the pirates and inspires them. Hakuryuu leaves without saying goodbye, confessing his love to Morgiana, who refuses his marriage proposal. Fearing Hakuryuu may suffer like Cassim, Alibaba plans to intervene, but Aladdin chooses to speak with him alone. After a proper farewell, Aladdin returns to his friends as they prepare to follow separate paths.

Exhausted, he switches to a carriage, instructed to leave his fellow passenger undisturbed. Thieves attack the convoy, revealing the traveler as Prince Kouha Ren of the Kou Empire. Kouha eliminates the attackers using his metal vessel and befriends Aladdin, who accompanies him for the remainder of the trip. Upon reaching Magnostadt, they part ways. To gain entry, Aladdin undergoes a magic skills test, utilizing a special gem from Yamraiha that prevents him from drawing Rukh, thereby concealing his true identity while barely succeeding in the examination.

After one month of rigorous training, most students quit, leaving only Aladdin and his peers. Myers reveals the regimen strengthens their bodies to harness greater magical power, which the survivors confirm through increased ability. Following a month of magic-focused instruction, Aladdin takes his exam and passes with exceptional results. He is promoted directly from the sixth to the first kodor, the highest class. Meanwhile, Alibaba arrives at the Reim Empire.

Dec 1, 2013After losing everything during his journey, a starving Alibaba reaches the Reim Empire colosseum to study under the Yambala Gladiators. Toto, a gladiator, denies him an audience with her leader after defeating him, but the Nando Brothers, former Fog Troupe members who run a casino, provide shelter. Upon recovering, Alibaba challenges Toto again and wins by removing her armor without injury. He then meets Shambal Ramal, who reveals that Alibaba’s body contains two conflicting types of Magoi. Shambal warns that failure to control both will prevent Djinn Equip mastery and cause death. Shambal agrees to teach him, but requires payment through a colosseum match against a massive beast, watched by High Priestess Sheherazade.
EP 10Alibaba Overcomes Physical Limitations to Defeat the Ape Monster Garda in the Colosseum
Dec 8, 2013Banned from using his metal vessel, Alibaba struggles against the giant ape Garda during his colosseum debut. Severely injured with a broken left arm, he initially tries to forfeit, but the bloodthirsty audience prevents it. Remembering childhood battles with Cassim, Alibaba uses his wits and environment to stage a comeback and defeat Garda. Shambal observes this victory and realizes that the two Magoi within Alibaba have fused into one, identifying the second source as belonging to Cassim. Days later, Alibaba has recovered and is shown to have purchased Garda’s freedom, earning the ape’s respect. Shambal officially accepts Alibaba as his disciple. Meanwhile, Morgiana arrives at her destination in the Dark Continent.

Dec 15, 2013Morgiana learns her homeland is empty and is rescued from traders by Alibaba’s brothers, Abhmad and Sabhmad. They reveal Sinbad hired them to study the Toran culture after losing power in Balbadd. Discovering the Fanalis live across a massive canyon called The Great Rift, Morgiana crosses it despite warnings that no one returns. At the bottom, she meets Magi Yunan, who confirms she cannot go back even with his help. In Magnostadt, Kouha learns his father the emperor has died and summons him home. He warns the government to surrender or face invasion by Kou, then meets Aladdin. Back in the Kou Empire, Hakuei reunites with brother Hakuryuu, appearing displeased with him when their brother and governor general Kouen Ren arrives.

Dec 22, 2013Following the death of their father, the heirs of the Kou Empire convene to determine the next emperor. Hakuei reflects on the ruthlessness of her brother Hakuryuu, who now commands an army of subdued monsters after gaining Zagan and becoming a general. While most expect the older brother Kouen to succeed, the late emperor’s will appoints their mother, Empress Gyokuen Ren, as the ruler. She promises to eventually hand power to Kouen after fulfilling their shared ambition to conquer the world. This decision fractures the royal court. Hakuryuu tries to persuade Hakuei to oppose their mother but fails. He then attempts to confront Gyokuen Ren alone to avenge his father and brothers, whom he believes were betrayed by her. Despite his new power, he is defeated. Judar then offers to help Hakuryuu seek revenge if he chooses to curse his fate.
EP 13Aladdin faces Titus Alexius after failing to win top student honors at the First Kodor.
Jan 5, 2014One year after leaving his friends, Aladdin excels in his First Kodor final exam by creating a massive mirage. Although his peers expect him to be named the best student, Titus Alexius from the Reim Empire receives the honor instead. During a move to his new room, Titus attempts to befriend Aladdin, but becomes angry when Aladdin checks if he is female. Matal Mogamett, the Academy chancellor, interrupts them and announces a battle to determine who deserves advanced classes. The fight is intense until both accidentally reveal jewels embedded in their arms, prompting Mogamett to recommend them both. However, when Aladdin asks to discuss the jewels, Titus attacks him, knocking him unconscious despite Mogamett's efforts. Titus is then placed in solitary confinement while contacting Sheherazade, who reminds him to continue his mission, claiming it is his sole reason for being born.

Jan 12, 2014Recovering from injuries, Aladdin meets Titus, who reveals he is a magician sent by Sheherazade to spy on Magnostadt. They bond after Aladdin discloses his identity as a Magi. The following day, Aladdin, Titus, and Sphintus attempt to explore the city but are barred from the 5th Authorization District due to lack of proper education. Curious, they infiltrate the 1st district and discover that the 5th district houses two thirds of the population, specifically those without occupations. Investigating the 5th district, they witness residents losing Magoi to power magical tools for higher levels. A child named Marga collapses from this drain, worsening her heart condition. When magicians discard Marga into a pit for her depleted Magoi, Aladdin and Titus leap down to rescue her.
EP 15Mogamett Reveals Magnostadt's History of Magical Exploitation and Rebellion
Jan 19, 2014Aladdin and Titus rescue Marga and confront magicians until Myers intervenes. Before Mogamett, Aladdin is forgiven by the chancellor, who reveals knowledge of his teacher Yamraiha and his past care for her. The next day, students are authorized to visit the 5th district following Titus's request to monitor Marga's health. Mogamett then teaches the class about Magnostadt's status quo using clairvoyance. He shares memories from 70 years ago when Magnostadt was the Musta'sim Kingdom. Magicians were forced by royalty to exhaust their magic to improve the land, causing his wife's death. After gaining court status, magicians faced noble envy. Blamed for a disease and drafted against the Partevia Empire, many died, including Mogamett's daughter. Realizing the royals' disregard for their sacrifices, Mogamett rebelled.

Jan 26, 2014Mogamett explains how magicians overthrew the Musta'sim royalty to establish Magnostadt, gaining student support except from Aladdin and Titus. He later takes Titus to Marga in the 5th district, allowing her to live with him. Aladdin accompanies them and realizes Mogamett no longer views non-magicians as humans, fearing this leads to ruin. Marga is examined, and Mogamett confirms her life can be saved despite her incurable condition, relieving Titus. Meanwhile, Aladdin attends classes with High Magician Irene Smirnoff, who demonstrates Black Rukh experiments, confirming his suspicions about Magnostadt's connection to Al-Thamen. Back home, Sheherazade informs Titus his mission is complete and orders his return. However, Titus refuses, seeking Mogamett's help because, like Marga, he has little time left to live.

Mogamett attempts to soothe him, but Sheherazade possesses Titus to contact the chancellor, demanding his return. She issues an ultimatum to Mogamett, asserting that Magnostadt will eventually be annexed by either Reim or the Kou Empire, and urges surrender. Mogamett severs the connection between Titus and Sheherazade to free him from her influence. He later explains the situation to Aladdin, who questions his ties to Al-Thamen. Mogamett reveals that he and his companions once allied with Ithnan to develop the Dark Metal Vessels but severed ties after learning the vessels were entrusted to non-magicians, including Dunya. The magicians then decide to wage war against the Reim Empire to secure their independence. As news reaches Sinbad and Kouha, Mu Alexius, a Reim dungeon capturer and leader of the Fanalis Corps, is tasked with conquering Magnostadt and retrieving Titus. Mu and his forces depart for Magnostadt, with Alibaba aboard one of their ships, hoping to reunite with Aladdin.

Aladdin searches the city for an object that threatens everyone. Reim forces breach the first barrier with explosives. Magicians deploy a long-range weapon killing hundreds. Mu and the Fanalis Corps block shots with rocks to protect soldiers. Aladdin discovers the weapon drains Magoi from the 5th district citizens to death. He destroys the power cables. Mu defeats Titus and urges him to return home. Aladdin arrives and asks for cooperation to end the war for everyone's sake.

Feb 9, 2014Aladdin fails to dissuade Mu and activates his Magi powers to aid the magicians against the Fanalis Corps. With most companions defeated, Mu advances with Djinn Barbatos, accompanied by his sister Myron and subordinate Lo'lo', using their household vessels. As the three Fanalis approach the second barrier, Aladdin summons three sand giants to defend it. Having fully recovered, the Magi fires a large column of fire to deter the invaders, prompting Alibaba on a nearby ship to wonder if it was his friend's doing. Aladdin reaffirms his resolve to end the war without further casualties. When Mu dares him to stop the forces without killing them, Aladdin dispels the giants into a massive sandslide that drags the Reim forces back to the coast, allowing Mogamett to restore the barriers. Aladdin declares he will repeat this action as needed to break the soldiers' will to fight.
EP 20Aladdin negotiates with Sheherazade to stop Mogamett's war plans
Feb 23, 2014Mu attacks Aladdin to seize Magnostadt, but Alibaba intervenes using Amon's power to counter Extreme Magic. Sheherazade then requests a private meeting with Aladdin, Alibaba, and Titus at a neutral location. Aladdin urges her to end the conflict, warning that Mogamett's accumulation of Black Rukh could repeat the tragedy of Alma Toran, which is Al-Thamen's ultimate goal. Sheherazade agrees to a ceasefire and reveals her current form is a clone of her dying original body, allowing Titus to rest with his friends. Before the discussion concludes, news arrives of an invasion by the Kou Empire, prompting Mogamett to declare he will personally handle all future threats.

Mar 2, 2014In the 5th district underground, Mogamett uses stored Black Rukh to summon three Dark Djinns against Kouha’s advancing Kou army. Kouha, equipped with Djinn Leraje, fights until exhaustion as the monsters regenerate, yet his troops refuse to retreat due to their loyalty. Leraje chose Kouha because he accepted outcasts and disgraced clans without prejudice. Just as Kouha faces defeat, Alibaba arrives with Amon equipped to drive the Djinns away. When more monsters appear, Alibaba prepares extreme magic to destroy them permanently. Before he can act, Kouen appears and vanquishes the Dark Djinns, coming to aid his brother Kouha in the battle.
EP 22Titus sacrifices himself to save Mogamett as a cosmic entity emerges from the Magoi Furnace.
Mar 9, 2014Kouen’s forces repel the Dark Djinns temporarily, while Sheherazade, Mu, and the Fanalis Corps defend the Reim fleet during further attacks. In Magnostadt, Titus despairs over his remaining time and uncertainty regarding his friends. Marga urges him to follow his convictions, leading them to the Magoi Furnace to confront Mogamett. Titus uses his final Magoi to extract Mogamett, resulting in his death. The Furnace continues draining Mogamett’s energy until he dies, creating a massive energy mass that opens a sky portal. An ominous creature emerges, which Empress Gyokuen and Al Thamen celebrate as their summoned god. Aladdin identifies the entity and declares it must be stopped at any cost.
EP 23Aladdin seeks Kouen's aid as Dark Djinns threaten Magnostadt while Kouen uses Agares and Astaroth.
Mar 16, 2014Aladdin requests Kouen's assistance, summoning the Djinns of Alibaba, Kouha, and himself to prove that the corrupt god Il Irah will drain all White Rukh and extinguish life if unchecked. Kouen agrees to help only after Aladdin answers all his questions. Meanwhile, a large medium conjures Dark Djinns that attack Magnostadt's population, leaving Sheherazade and other magicians unable to stop them. Aladdin and Alibaba, aided by Kou Empire King Vessels, attempt to fight the monsters but face a strong barrier. Kouen utilizes the Djinn Agares to summon a volcano, empowering his Djinn Astaroth for continuous attacks. Recognizing the need for more power, Kouen drags Alibaba into the battle. As Amon is also a fire Djinn, both characters use the lava to empower their vessels. By combining Aladdin's Extreme Magic with Kouen's power, Alibaba strikes the medium's barrier.
EP 24Alibaba and Kouen fail to breach the barrier as the medium transforms and drains Rukh.
Mar 23, 2014Alibaba and Kouen fail to destroy the medium's barrier, which seals the volcano to cut off magoi replenishment. The medium then takes a grotesque humanoid shape, draining White Rukh from its surroundings. After severely injuring Alibaba and Kouen, Kouen's brothers launch a combined assault that pushes the entity into the ocean. This backfires as the medium absorbs Rukh from the sea to empower itself. At the Kou palace, Gyokuen observes the fight, recalling her past as one of Solomon's Magi at Alma Torran before her betrayal. Exhausted, Aladdin and his allies struggle to stop the medium as it begins pulling Il Irah from the sky. Sinbad arrives with Drakon, Yamraiha, and other King Vessels from the Alliance of the Seven Seas. Aladdin learns they were alerted by Yunan and Morgiana, who also join the battle against the medium.
