Following a double knockout between Nanoha and Teana, only Vivio and Einhart remain. Lutecia informs Einhart about the Inter-Middle Championship, prompting her to join so she can fight Vivio again. Since Einhart requires a device to qualify, Lutecia contacts Hayate Yagami, who agrees to create a custom device for her. Meanwhile, Nove begins training Vivio and the others for the upcoming tournament, which attracts many strong competitors.
