Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica: Concept Movie

A four-minute concept film was presented as a surprise at Studio SHAFT's 40th anniversary event during Winter 2015, titled Madogatari. This short served as the foundation for a new Madoka Magica project and functioned as a preview for it. A second version of the short was later shown in Osaka, differing mainly in the substitution of certain imageboard segments.
