Tatsuya repels assailants in the main hall, drawing Cardinal George’s scrutiny over his Molecular Divider technique. Asuza calms the crowd, enabling evacuation to an underground shelter. Tatsuya’s group counterattacks the terrorists, while Shizuku guides them to a VIP room to access external networks. They determine the enemy aims to raid the Magic Association database. Major Kazama and Fujibayashi arrive with new orders, revealing Tatsuya’s secret JSDF status. Kazama demands confidentiality. Miyuki then unlocks Tatsuya’s power seals, activating him to defend the city.
