Alviss, Ginta, and Dorothy return to the castle to kill Phantom but are blocked by Rolan, who insists only Alviss may proceed. Upon reaching the throne room, they find Phantom and Candice have vanished. An enraged Rolan attempts to kill Alviss but stops upon hearing the teen cry out in pain. Instead, Rolan stabs himself to death with a sharpened vine, hoping to meet Phantom again in a peaceful rebirth. The group continues their pursuit, and despite Candice’s failed attempt to stop them, Alviss confronts Phantom. Just as Alviss hesitates to strike, Phantom plunges the Prifickave into his own body, ending his immortal life. This act shocks Alviss and finally frees him from the Zombie Tattoo.
