Ep. 2: Hayato Misunderstands Marriage Talk While Rival Café Family Opens

Kikka’s interference causes their father to summon Hayato, mistakenly believing he is dating Ouka. Hayato thinks the meeting concerns Ouka’s career and tries to impress him to keep his job. The father assumes they are discussing marriage and approves the engagement, leaving Hayato unaware. Harue recognizes Hayato as resembling his grandfather Masahiro and is pleased he married Sachiko. Ouka wonders if their grandmothers’ connection was fate. Fuwa returns, announcing the opening of Family café to ruin Familia. Hayato and the girls visit and find it copies Familia with exaggerated waitresses. Although Family is three times larger with superior quality and parking, Hayato fears defeat. The girls refuse to lose and prepare for battle against the new rival.
