To assist Kaito in recovering his lost memories, Lucia, Hanon, Rina, and several of his friends arrange for him to resume surfing lessons. During this process, Lucia manifests in the form of a mermaid to appear before Kaito. Her intention is to facilitate the final restoration of his recollections through this direct interaction and the shared activity.
