Rouge and Naomi ride a bus across Mars while searching for the next member of the Immortal Nine. Their journey is interrupted when a convoy of armed vehicles attacks the bus. These attackers are revealed to be mercenaries specifically targeting Rouge. The bus manages to escape the assault by driving into a nearby forest. However, the vehicle subsequently breaks down, leaving the passengers stranded in the woods after the dangerous encounter.
