Ep. 8: Hayami encourages Hosaka and Haruka while Chiaki and Kana learn bubblegum skills

Hayami discovers Hosaka’s affection for Haruka and attempts to facilitate their meeting, motivated partly by entertainment. Meanwhile, Chiaki instructs Kana on blowing bubblegum bubbles, but Haruka demonstrates a superior skill that overshadows the lesson. Hosaka learns from Atsuko that Haruka enjoys cooking and begins preparing elaborate bentos to impress her. However, Hosaka becomes so fixated on his idealized vision of the perfect introduction that he fails to take any actual action to approach Haruka, leaving his efforts unrealized.
