During the Black Stones' Tanabata celebration, Nana O. accidentally sends a wish card out the window. Later, Nana K. prepares dinner for Trapnest but is disappointed when Nana O. reveals no invitation was extended. At the party, Takumi casually admits to sleeping with Nana K., angering Nobu and Shin. That night, Takumi visits room 707 to see Nana K., where their relationship is secretly discovered by Nana O.
