Kakashi worries about the secret mission because the five Kage are attending the wedding, requiring significant shinobi security. He walks to clear his head and meets Hinata, who mentions Naruto’s help with preparations. Earlier, Hinata had lunch with Sakura, Ino, and Tenten, who nearly revealed the mission. She later met Kiba and Shino, who also almost slipped up. Konohamaru overhears Kakashi discussing the mission with Tsunade and informs the group. Hinata asks to use her clan for security, but Kakashi refuses. The group compromises by sharing guard shifts so everyone can attend. Tsunade admits she invented the mission rule due to many weddings during the war. Kakashi asks Gaara for extra guards, who agrees. Kakashi then asks Konohamaru to record a message from the Kazekage, but Gaara uses sand to blow Kakashi and Kankuro away.
