Sora rejects Furido's offer of forgiveness, only to learn that Kazuma has implanted traces of the Nine-Tails' chakra into his body. Naruto collapses from the strain, prompting Fuka to attempt a kiss to steal his chakra and kill him. She fails when Naruto counters her attack and uses the Rasengan to kill Fuka. Meanwhile, Asuma breaks free from an electric barrier and defeats Kitane. Following these events, Furido removes the seal that was containing Sora's power as a pseudo-Jinchuriki, marking a significant development in the conflict.
