Asuma visits the Third Hokage’s grave to apologize for failing to grasp his advice regarding the king he must protect. Meanwhile, Naruto Uzumaki and Sai recover at the hospital before Naruto resumes his training. Tsunade receives a report from Kakashi Hatake indicating that the Akatsuki are active again. In the Land of Lightning, Yugito Nii, the Two-Tails Jinchuuriki of the Village Hidden in the Clouds, fights Hidan and Kakuzu. She allows the Two-Tailed Cat to manifest fully but is ultimately defeated by Hidan, with Kakuzu present. The Akatsuki members then determine that their next target is the Land of Fire.
