In this setting, cats are human-like girls with feline features such as ears and tails, and they exhibit cat-like behaviors. These individuals are considered pets but can live independently if they complete a specific training program and wear bells. A young man owns a patisserie and resides with two of these cat-like girls, Chocola and Vanilla, who assist him in the business. Maple and Cinnamon, two other cat-like individuals from the household, also visit the shop daily, contributing to a pleasant and routine-filled life. Although some of the cat-like characters, such as Azuki and Coconut, often have conflicts, their overall environment remains tranquil. This harmony is disrupted when a stray kitten begins following Chocola home.
