Ep. 1: Disillusioned Adventurers

Nick, an experienced adventurer, is expelled by his mentor Argus after being falsely accused of embezzlement, despite discovering the real culprit was a party member whom Argus forgave. Following weeks of decline, Nick meets three other adventurers at a tavern. They bond over shared betrayals and a loss of trust in others. Consequently, Nick proposes forming a new party. The group unites, driven by the belief that humans are untrustworthy and motivated by the desire to earn honest money through their adventuring work.
