Ningen Fushin no Boukensha-tachi ga Sekai wo Sukuu you desu

A former adventurer named Nick was part of an experienced party, often assisting his less responsible teammates with financial matters. However, he was falsely accused of misappropriating funds and expelled by a leader he admired. Soon after, he connects with several disillusioned adventurers who share his perspective, and they establish their own formidable group.
