Oomagatoki ninja Kaibara Tarou attempts to infiltrate the Ninjutsu Academy but is stopped by Komatsuda. When questioned about his presence, Tarou explains that he intended only to observe the Academy to study ninjutsu. Because he remains technically outside the walls at the time of his discovery, he is forgiven for his intrusion. However, his attention is soon diverted by a delicious smell that lures him away from his original objective.
