Denshichi visits the Ha-class classroom to locate I-class president Hikoshirou. He informs the students that Hikoshirou has called an emergency class meeting. However, despite the urgent summons, the president is absent and cannot be found within the room. The students are left waiting for his arrival while Denshichi delivers the message regarding the mandatory gathering.
