Stephanie Dola, the granddaughter of the late king of Elkia, suffers a defeat against Kurami Zell in a competition to determine the next ruler. Following this loss, she confronts Sora, accusing him of failing to disclose that her opponent was cheating. Sora responds by tricking Stephanie into a game of rock-paper-scissors. After winning the game, he utilizes the Pledges to compel her to fall in love with him. Subsequently, Sora and Shiro relocate to the palace alongside Stephanie. There, they gather additional information about the world and resolve to assist Stephanie in revitalizing the nation of Elkia.
