Tetsuro connects with Juzo via Harmony, learning his past as a Resolver and convincing him to pull his own trigger. Public reports frame the battle at End of War Commemoration Park as an Extended rampage. Cunningham panics over Pepper and Seven going rogue, ordering their elimination. Beruhren forces interrupt the fight, prompting Seven to flee to a rooftop. Pepper sees EMS blocking citizens and commands Seven to destroy everything for fame, but a Berühren assassin shoots her, removing her arm. Juzo stops Seven from carrying out the order, having helped him break his limiter. Wurzel watches from afar as the Gun Slave Units unlock new Harmony capabilities, delaying intervention to monitor development.
