Okusama ga Seitokaichou!

Izumi Hayato campaigns for student council president but loses to a charismatic opponent who promotes liberal attitudes toward love and distributes condoms during her speech. He becomes vice president instead. During their first council meeting, the new president visits Izumi at home and reveals that their parents, when they were three years old, made an agreement—under the influence of alcohol—that the two would marry. She declares this arrangement binding and announces her intention to become his wife.
