"Omae Gotoki ga Maou ni Kateru to Omou na" to Yuusha Party wo Tsuihou Sareta node, Outo de Kimama ni Kurashitai

A character with no abilities is selected to join a hero's group and is given an unclear power called "Reversal." She struggles in combat and is mocked by her companion, a respected intellectual, who later sells her into servitude. In slavery, she faces mistreatment and is eventually used as bait for monsters. Forced to choose between wielding a deadly cursed sword or being killed, she decides to fight. This marks the start of a change in her circumstances.
