Ep. 6: Lawrence and Holo navigate pyrite market chaos to secure their future together
Lawrence attempts to stabilize rising pyrite prices by selling small amounts, but his strategy fails when Diana’s messenger reports unsuccessful negotiations. Despondent, he nearly quits until Mark’s apprentice, Eu Landt, encourages him to persist. Upon reaching the market, Lawrence prepares to sell his remaining stock, only to discover Holo has also sold a large bag she acquired from Diana, proving she supported him all along. Their combined sales cause the market to shift, crashing pyrite prices and inflicting heavy losses on Amarti. Consequently, Amarti cannot meet his challenge obligations and abandons his marriage proposal to Holo. This resolution allows Lawrence and Holo to acknowledge their deep feelings for each other, strengthening their bond as they resolve to continue their journey toward Yoitsu.
