Observing that Kirino lacks peers to share her hobbies with, Kyosuke consults his friend Manami Tamura for guidance. Manami recommends that Kirino connect with fellow otaku enthusiasts. Consequently, Kirino joins an online community and receives an invitation to a tea party at a maid café in Akihabara. She struggles to converse with the other attendees initially. Later, she is approached by Saori Vageena and Kuroneko. Kuroneko engages Kirino in a passionate argument regarding their preferred anime series. Following a day of shopping in Akihabara, the group agrees to continue communicating via messages. Meanwhile, Kyosuke completes the video game task that Kirino had previously requested of him.
