Jing and Kir travel to Blue Hawaii to investigate a rumored ghost ship off the coast. They discover the vessel is a casino fueled by greed and desire, where Jing steals the power source. The episode features Rose, the daughter of the city's Chief Police, whose father is trapped within the casino. Jing and Kir win every game, drawing the operator's attention. Jing realizes the patrons are lost souls trapped in gold coins, sustained by their own desires. As the King of Bandits, he defeats them by controlling his own desires, denying the casino its power source. This act demonstrates the true strength of the bandit king. At the end, Rose kisses Jing. The ghost ship runs on greed and desire.
