A boy named Souya Kuroi experiences recurring dreams of individuals with extraordinary abilities battling a colossal dragon in the sky. In reality, he suffers from amnesia and is staying with a maid and a cat-like creature. When a UFO resembling a stuffed bear appears near Sorimasaka City and other global cities, seven heroes with glowing, multicolored auras emerge to face it, mirroring events from his dreams. The maid urges him to leave his current refuge and challenge these figures to obtain the power they possess.
