While traveling, Serena prepares Poké Puffs for Pikachu and Fennekin. Miette, accompanied by her Meringue Pokémon Slurpuff, criticizes Serena’s culinary abilities. To settle the dispute regarding who is the superior pastry chef, the two rivals decide to travel to the next town. There, they organize a Poké Puffs Contest to determine the winner through a direct competition of their baking skills.
