Hachimitsu Private Academy admits five male students: Kiyoshi Fujino, Takehito "Gakuto" Morokuzu, Reiji "Andrei" Andou, Jouji "Jo" Nezu, and Shingo Wakamoto. Their primary goal is to attract female attention, with Kiyoshi befriending Chiyo Kurihara, a sumo enthusiast. After attempting to spy on girls changing, the group is apprehended by the Official Underground Student Council, consisting of Hana Midorikawa, Meiko Shiraki, and Mari Kurihara. The council imprisons the boys in a school dungeon as punishment. However, the disciplinary measures fail to deter them, as they enjoy the attention. Kiyoshi aims to escape to honor his promise to Chiyo, but complications arise when he accidentally witnesses Hana using the restroom, leading to further trouble.
