Ep. 4: Garu shrinks and becomes a target while villagers fly kites and a movie is filmed.

During a forest battle, Garu and Abyo are drawn to the Goh-Rong restaurant by food aromas. When Pucca attempts to kiss Garu, he flees to the kitchen and accidentally consumes shrinking juice. Reduced in size, he evades the Cat Clan but is mistaken for a mouse by Mio, who attempts to eat him. Garu escapes into Pucca's dollhouse. Meanwhile, the Kite Festival takes place on grassy hills. Pucca flies a homemade Garu kite, while Garu uses a traditional box kite. Tobe creates a blimp-like kite to destroy others' kites. With Pucca's assistance, Garu defeats Tobe. While fleeing Pucca, Garu encounters a film set where Abyo is attacked by Tobe's ninjas and Ching is tied to railroad tracks. Believing the scene is real, Garu defeats the ninjas, annoying Abyo. The director favors Garu, leading to a high-speed chase filmed for the movie. Upon release, Abyo is shocked to see Garu and Pucca as the stars instead of him.
