The Jusenkyo Morals Committee deems Ranma and other cursed individuals guilty of breaking their laws, dispatching a violent enforcer named Kin'nee to exact punishment. Genma, Shampoo, and Mousse are taken captive, leaving Ranma solely responsible for their rescue. During the confrontation, Kin'nee reveals his own curse; when splashed with water, the imposing fighter transforms into a slender, timid priest, adding an unexpected twist to the mission to save the captured group.
