Ep. 1: Fumihiko Matsumaru and Aka Onda share a romantic night after a failed date

Fumihiko Matsumaru waits anxiously for his date, Tanaka, at a movie theater. When she arrives late, he discards the tickets, but a girl nearby mimics their voices to stop him. He gives her the tickets, and they watch the film together while she reads the subtitles aloud. Fumihiko finds her strange. After leaving, he sees Tanaka with another man and feels sad. The girl accompanies him for yakitori and beer. They discover they live near each other. Later, Fumihiko wakes to find her apartment burned down and convinces her to stay at his house. Distraught over her bad luck, she kisses him. She introduces herself as Aka Onda, and they make love before falling asleep.
