A massive and lethal racing competition occurs once every five years, drawing participants from across the universe. JP, a reckless driver with an ultra-modified vehicle, enters the event without regard for speed limits. Alongside other top competitors, he becomes involved with Sonoshee, an attractive racer whose connection to him may lead to his downfall. Meanwhile, criminal organizations and military-like governments seek to use the race for their own purposes.
