Ep. 6: Alicia Overcomes Kidnapping and Duke Saves Her from Liz

Alicia wakes restrained with a magic-canceling collar after being kidnapped. When a kidnapper decides Gill is worthless for ransom, Alicia breaks free in rage and defeats them. She chases a fleeing attacker, but Liz appears and uses restraining magic on Alicia, nearly allowing the kidnapper to kill her. Duke intervenes to save Alicia. He confronts Liz, calling her unfit as a saint and nearly freezing her, until another student calms the situation. Duke takes Alicia to the infirmary, where she wakes to find him sleeping beside her. He helps her with her necklace before Gill interrupts. Alicia and her friends identify the culprit, while Gill vows to grow stronger. They discover the king orchestrated the kidnapping to train the saint, risking their lives. Consequently, Alicia’s father orders her to stop watching Liz, but she refuses, promising to reach level 90 magic if necessary to maintain her role.
