Kenji and Rin are incarcerated, with Kenji having confessed to crimes he did not commit to shield Rin. During their transfer to a GGP facility, Rin is abducted by the BMA. Okakura proceeds to meet the BMA leader, Kiefer, while being trailed by the GGP.
