Shouko fails to attend the club meeting, prompting a journalist to arrive and investigate Tamayo. Meanwhile, Okakura goes to dismantle Fuego. Rin's younger brother, Kenji, is dragged into a shady plan. The GGP wants to force the deployment of the White Ridebacks and knows Rin is Rideback Shoujo.
