He believes that acquiring their abilities will grant him the strength necessary to defeat his rival. However, MegaMan intervenes in the situation, successfully disrupting BubbleMan's carefully laid plans. This interference prevents the fusion from occurring, thereby spoiling BubbleMan's attempt to gain the upper hand through the alliance with the other Reploids.
