1EP 1Lan confronts a mysterious blond humanoid after viral outbreaks in Sharo and DenTech City
Apr 8, 2006Lan grapples with memories of Beyondard while others adjust to returning home. Peace is short-lived as strange cyber weeds emerge at a factory in Sharo, forcing Raika to combat substantiated viruses. Similar incidents soon occur in DenTech City. After the viruses are defeated, Lan encounters a strange humanoid being with long blond hair.
2EP 2Zero Virus
Apr 15, 2006The episode begins with the Zero Virus almost defeating Rockman. However Blues comes to his assistance and Zero is asked to retreat by an mysterious man. In the next scene, a meeting which is attended by Netto Hikari and Enzan Ijuuin is held. During the meeting they learn that the digital plants that appeared in Sharo and Japan are now appearing worldwide and Dr. Hikari believes that the beastized viruses are contributing to the spread of the digital plants and that somebody is behind this. They are talking about the Beyondard Dr. Wily and his artificial brain, which however has been destroyed along with the cyberworld. Soon after that it turns out that someone has infiltrated the Net Police's network and the mysterious person appears on a screen, who wants to be referred to as Professor and admits that he revived the Beast Viruses after being asked about that. He also reveals that he created a superior evolution of Beast Viruses, known as Zero Viruses, which are capable of materializing in the real world. After being asked about his plans, he just laughs, says to Commissioner Kifune that he will know soon enough and also says that he sent his subordinate Zero. After that he soon disappears. While Manabe tries to find out about his identity digital plants are showing up and lock the people in. Netto and Enzan plug in their NetNavis and start attacking the plants from the cyberworld. At the same time Manabe is chained by the plants but is freed soon. Soon the NetNavis have destroy the plants, however, soon it turns out that Viruses have started materializing at the virus testing lab. Soon they go through the city. When Netto and Enzan arrive at another place they see how many Viruses already have arrived. While Netto goes to the cyberworld Enzan activates a Dimensional Area and also uses a Synchro Chip ultimately performing a Cross Fusion. He manages to destroy the Viruses. At that time Rockman has entered the cyberworld and fights with Zero. For some time it looks like Rockman has defeated him, but Zero is still around and breaks the ground under Rockman. Netto remembers that his father had saved the Beast Out ability into two chips a while ago. With this ability Rockman is able to turn the table for some time, but Zero calls several Viruses to his assistance, which are defeated at once by Rockman. Ultimately Zero is forced by his superior to retreat. After that Netto and Rockman are seen together discussing that half of the Viruses beasted out and escaped to the cyberworld. Dr. Hikari also wonders who this Professor is and what objective he has.
