Netto and Rockman discover the power of Cross Beast while Ann, Count Elec's estranged wife, has sought him out looking for money. When she finds out there is no money left, she confiscates ElecMan and Dingo and Dekao try to win him back to no avail. Dekao calls Netto for assistance, and a map leading to the Elecitel's last bit of fortune is found.
