Inukai initiates an assault on DenTech City by transforming automobiles into wild animals. Lan and Famous investigate the situation while MegaMan engages SavageMan in battle. During the fight, MegaMan encounters all four Neo WWW NetNavis simultaneously. Colonel reappears and ultimately rescues MegaMan from the dangerous encounter. The events unfold within DenTech City as the characters deal with the sudden transformation of vehicles and the coordinated attack by the NetNavis.
