Duo starts erasing the Earth, forcing all thirteen CrossFusion Members to unite against him. Since Baryl has already died, the past and future versions of Dr. Wily collaborate to send him through time and space via the Spectrum program. Upon arriving in Lan's era, Baryl obtains a SynchroChip and utilizes CrossFusion to assist his allies in defeating another asteroid invasion. This temporal intervention aims to provide the necessary support to stop Duo and prevent the destruction of the planet, allowing the team to coordinate their efforts effectively against the ongoing threat.
